/api/im/memory/grants/{grantId}

Revoke a cross-workspace memory grant

Soft + idempotent revoke by the grant's source workspace CURRENT owner

(revoked rows stay as ledger markers; re-revoke returns the row as-is).

Authority domain is the grant's own source workspace.
